Participants experienced two levels of cupping treatment, each lasting three minutes. Through quantitative data, the activity measured fascial compliance (an indicator of tissue tension). In addition to physically sensing the myofascial release, participants observed measurable changes in tissue response, demonstrating the precision of therapeutic cupping.
