Excellence Lecture

I. Purpose
The Excellence Lecture is designed to enhance students’ understanding and interest in career development, professional literacy, and diverse perspectives. By inviting outstanding alumni to share their personal journeys and professional expertise, the Lecture aims to inspire motivation, broaden horizons, and deepen students’ awareness of future career planning.

II. Objectives
1. Provide a platform for in-depth exchanges between students and alumni.
2. Enhance students’ understanding of career fields and workplace awareness.
3. Encourage students to explore their interests, build self-identity, and develop career plans.

Theme: “Becoming a CEO is No Longer a Dream”

Program Flow:
Each session will be structured in three segments:
a. “The Path I Walked”: Speakers share their stories of turning points, campus experiences, and career choices, highlighting perseverance, transformation, and growth.
b. “On the Frontline”: A closer look at industry trends, workplace practices, and first-hand experience, helping students understand the realities and challenges of professional life.
c. “Spotlight Dialogue”: A platform for cross-disciplinary perspectives and intergenerational exchange. The session encourages diverse viewpoints, knowledge sharing, and new insights through dynamic discussions on selected topics.
